Tony was a partner of Maddens Lawyers of Warrnambool for 20 years and Managing Partner for 15 years. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at Madden’s especially building strong relationships with his clients.

Over the next 20 years, Tony established and managed finance and property development businesses which has complemented Tony’s legal career by providing him with a practical understanding of his clients’ needs and requirements.

Tony and his wife moved to the idyllic town of Woodend, Victoria in 2014 and returned to legal practice with a Bendigo legal firm focusing on commercial and property clients.

He has now established his own law firm, Tony Waters Legal and is keen to assist clients in the areas of property, business and acting for residents in sales and purchases for Retirement Villages and Lifestyle Villages.
